A piece of industrial history: Viking Termometerfabrik


In the early 60ies, the industries in Sweden were thriving and in dire need of workers. Recruiters were sent out to those of the European countries where unemployment was high due to losses, both material, financial and in lives, because of World War II. That's why my parents moved from Finland to Sweden, being promised work and help with finding somewhere to live. Both promises were fulfilled.
